What is the difference between the most common three levels of self-awareness and the most common two levels? There are two different levels. On the first level, it can be both. On the second level, we can either be at the top or the bottom. We can choose which level to look at.
We’re on the third level. It’s the bottom and it’s the hardest level to get to. It’s one of the most difficult levels because there are no choices. Everything is black and white.
The first level is what we are all familiar with, the “I am aware of my state of being,” that is, our awareness of our feelings. Most of us have a basic level of awareness, but we can still be in an auto-pilot state of not being aware of ourselves.
It’s what I call “state-of-being awareness.” If you look at the state-of-being-awareness scale, there are two “levels,” one at the top and one at the bottom. The top level is awareness of the self, and the bottom level is awareness of the environment.
