Italy is a country that is known for being the most visited country in the world. Everyone seems to want to take a trip to Italy, and it is not just the obvious tourist sites like the Trevi Fountain or the Roman Forum that you can’t miss. It’s the more hidden attractions like the little-known but beautiful mountain towns that are as much of a hidden gem of the world.
In Italy there are a lot of mountains, but the ones you might want to visit are those that are not named for the mountains themselves but rather their summits. Yes, it’s definitely worth spending a couple of hours to explore the Italian Alps, but I think you should also visit those little towns too. Not just because you’ll definitely be able to spot a lot of Italian tourists there, but because they can be a great place to meet people who can be your friends.
A good friend of mine (and you) is a local born in the little town of Rolle. She has a great deal of local knowledge due to her time spent here, so when you meet her you should have an extensive amount of information about Italy. She will also show you a couple of local attractions that you may not have known existed otherwise.
This was not the first time I’ve seen her speak Russian. And when I saw her speak it was so interesting and funny and something so special.
Ive met her on a couple of occasions over the years, and I have been telling her to get on the phone with me to discuss some new Italian restaurants Ive discovered. I do think she is very nice, and I hope she will still be living here.
Ive told you that this trip has been very interesting. I’ve made some interesting decisions in the last two days, and I hope you’ll continue to support me in all of these decisions.
