Norfolk County, North Carolina is a very busy place. We have a lot of good news about the town that is being voted #1 on the North Carolina State Board of Education. We are in the process of hiring a volunteer and have hired a staff member to work on it. We are looking for somebody to help get the town and county in order and we hope that someone will come along and help turn the town around.
