I don’t know about you, but when I’ve seen the words “Fox News” or even “Fox News Channel,” I don’t think I will ever want to leave the TV. I know I would want to leave the radio if it gave me that same sense of wonder. Fox News is the same. It’s in the news. It’s news. And it’s news that is real.
Like many of us, I also listen to news on the radio. It’s a bit of an unhealthy addiction, but I always find myself tuning in after I get off work. I’m thinking of it in the same way I think of my favorite sports teams, and if I’m going to give myself those thoughts, I’d rather they be positive.
The reason I listen to Fox News is for fear that I will miss it. I don’t care if they are the only ones who love the sport. I just care if I can find a job and I’ll be able to do whatever it takes.
For Fox News, it is hard to watch, but there is a way. All you have to do is tune into the Fox Sports app on your phone for any of their live or taped events. And those events are usually pretty entertaining if you have cable, just not the live ones.
Fox Sports is owned by News Corporation which is owned by Rupert Murdoch, the man who brought us the infamous “Lying News” and “Hate News” in the 90’s. News Corporations are big on “news” and “truth,” so Fox News is a bit like a tabloid. They have been forced to change their name to Fox News Action News Network which makes them a bit more serious.
