If you’re like me, there are countless different things people are thinking about, but you always have to look at the other stuff.

With the new housing stock and housing industry booming, developers are seeing an increasing number of properties being built. While developers are getting ready to start building new homes, they’re also getting ready to sell older homes for parts or new homes for parts, at least to some extent. As the market is starting to pick up, developers are starting to see a growing number of homes being sold for less than market value.
