This is one of the biggest problems we faced in the mid-90s, which is that we were so focused on fighting abortion, we forgot about the people we were helping. This is especially true in light of the anti-abortion group NARAL. I’ve met NARAL before, but I’ve never seen anything like this.
The reason for this is that many of the bills I’m working with that will get passed by congress. So when a bill that’s being discussed in Congress gets passed, it’ll come on the road very quickly.
